I'm currently running £5 a yoga class at the lovely Cornerstone Community Centre in Hove. You can also book here online.
As I'm a student teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) we are required to start teaching while training. I've already been training since January and am a qualified Fitness Instructor too. My classes will cover all the yoga basics and will be great for beginners or those who have more experience. In the past when I went to yoga classes, although I loved them sometimes I didn't know what I was doing. Sometimes there is just too much to take in. I hope to make these classes simple to understand so you can benefit.
Also the yoga classes I really enjoyed were the ones where I felt welcomed but comfortable. I hope to offer a friendly, welcoming class where you get to do what feel's right for your body. I'm just there to support you and I will. Finally there will always be some nice relaxation the end.
